FAQ - Device Compatibility

Everything you need to know about device compatibility to enjoy our videos

Why can't I play videos on my device?

Our videos use advanced technology to protect content creators' rights. Some devices or browsers may not be compatible with this technology. If you're experiencing issues, it's likely because your current device or browser doesn't support the required technology.

Which browsers and devices are compatible?

Compatibility varies depending on your device and browser. Here are our recommendations:

Windows PC

  • Google Chrome - Make sure you're using the latest version and a relatively recent PC
  • Microsoft Edge - Recommended for Windows 10 and 11 PCs
  • Firefox - Some features may not be available on older PCs

Important: Currently, videos may not work on many Windows PCs due to technical limitations. We are doing everything in our power to restore full compatibility very soon. In the meantime, we recommend using an Apple device with Safari browser or an Android smartphone with Chrome for the best experience.

Mac

  • Safari - Recommended for all Apple devices
  • Google Chrome - Viable alternative on recent macOS

iPhone and iPad

  • Safari - The most compatible browser on iOS and iPadOS
  • Other browsers on iOS may experience limitations

Android

  • Google Chrome - Works best on mid-range and high-end devices
  • Samsung Internet - Good alternative on recent Samsung devices
  • Entry-level or older devices may experience issues

Important note: Compatibility also depends on your device's power and manufacturing date. Recent devices generally offer a better experience.

How can I resolve compatibility issues?

If you're experiencing playback issues, here are some solutions to try:

  1. Update your browser - Always use the latest available version
  2. Try another browser:
    • On Windows: try Edge or Chrome
    • On Mac, iPhone, or iPad: prefer Safari
    • On Android: use Chrome or Samsung Internet
  3. Disable private browsing mode - This mode may disable some features needed for playback
  4. Disable extensions - Some extensions may interfere with the video player
  5. Check your browser settings:
    • Make sure JavaScript is enabled
    • Verify that cookies are allowed for our site
    • Disable ad blockers on our site
  6. Use a more recent device - If possible, try on a newer or more powerful device
  7. Check your internet connection - A stable and fast connection is necessary for high-quality playback

Why do you need to protect your videos?

We protect our videos for several important reasons:

  • To respect the copyright of content creators
  • To fulfill our contractual obligations to rights holders
  • To prevent unauthorized copying and distribution of premium content
  • To ensure that only authorized users can access the content

Without this protection, we would not be able to offer our premium video catalog.
